Put in a mobile order and when I got to the window to get my order they didn’t have it and had no idea where it was. Remade it but made it wrong because they wouldn’t stay at the window long enough to give all the info on my drink. Then didn’t have the two donuts I ordered. So gave me three that I am sure have been in the cabinet for days they were hard and gross.

I ordered the munchkins and she told me I need to go around the drive thru again. This was my first time ordering the candy bar latte and it is disgusting. I asked if I could get my regular caramel craze latte. She said "we cant exchange it because simply you dont like it". So I basically wasted my money and didnt end up with a latte. I tried giving it to someone else at my work and they didnt like it either. HORRIBLE customer SERVICE. They went down hill. Also two if my coworkers had bad experience yesterday and this morning as well. ZERO STARS. Do better Dunkin please.
