  Ordered Dominos online. Got a message that the pizza was in the oven so I drove to the store. got a message that the pizza was ready and pulled up to the window. Was told to the staff that the pizza was still in the oven and would be 5 minutes. 10 minutes later they hand me this hot mess in a broken box. (Total of 27 minutes for a pickup order on a slow day). I noticed they forgot the drink and the ranch so I asked for that and they got it for me. I took it home and found the nastiest pizza ever created. I had asked for extra sauce but they put 4x the sauce on it to the point it flowed over the pizza and into the box. Then I realized they didn’t provide the icing for the cinnamon bread either. I tried to leave feedback on the app, and you can see it is broken as well. I guess I can see why. What the heck?! No more Dominos for a long while.

  Order delivery pizza tracker said it was complete and it wasn’t. Called southmont nc store and they said it was on its way and when we finally got it ,it was cold had to heat it because we didn’t want to wait another hour or so to get one. The lady that delivered it didn’t even have it in the hot bag so we won’t be ordering from them again. I wanted extra meat that I payed for but didn’t get it. The last three times we ordered there has been something wrong.

  I placed an order Online for a hotspot and I was sent a text at 7:11 that my order was on the way. So I headed over to the hotspot where I’m picking up the pizza, 30 minutes went by and I called the store and they said that they only have one driver and she was taking the first order and then she has a second order and then my order but it has already been 30 minutes so I’m not sure where she was going with all of the pizza. Anyway, I got another text that said that she entered the neighborhood so I called the store and asked if I should stay or if I should still just drive to the store and they told me that the driver was actually at the store and she was picking up my order but they put a fresh one in the oven for me to come and pick up. So instead of me driving two minutes to pick up my pizza I have to drive 20 minutes to the store to pick up a pizza because they only have one driver who apparently does not know their way around if it’s taking them 40 minutes to deliver one pizza at a time. This is a common issue that I have had with them ordering at the hotspot. I’m not sure if they just are putting hotspots as a low priority or what’s going on. Unfortunately this is the only pizza place in the area so I don’t have many options. I’m curious to see how poorly they made the pizza due to me calling, I will update with the result of the pizza that I pick up. Update: sat at the window for 4 minutes before they walked by and saw me at the window. I even backed up and drove over the bell. They said they were going to remake the pizza but they did not. They gave me a cold hard pizza. I wish I could give them less than one star
