Tried calling them and going online to resolve it and had no luck. Almost 90 dollars locked up and can't get any help getting it released. Told me to call my bank . My bank said it's domino's fault. Did I mention that I never got a pizza or apology from anyone. I would not recommend this place to anyone go to Pizza Hut

I want to write this review for a few reasons one very thankful that the store opened is the only place in Lexington open that we could find , second the staff were very friendly, third they prepared the food right in front of us and even though they were busy, they continued to have a great attitude working hard making sure everybody’s orders were fulfilled. I can’t tell you how appreciative I am of this bunch of guys that worked today, February 1, 2026, which is my husband’s birthday and they got everything right thanks guys

I tried to call for a refund and it says there is a connection issue. I call corporate, no help. They tell me to call the store I ordered at. Thanks, Domino’s!
