The cotton grove location runs out of chicken constantly and as soon as your fresh chicken is done they run out of biscuits. As soon as thats done the dirty rice was gone. Was doordashing one night and waited 45 minutes for customers food. The manager was mad at the customers for "ordering all those family meals!" Well dang, I thought Bojangles would be a great place to get food for a hungry family...anyways....my customer who wanted me to wait, expressed their anger for the wait to me as if I had control. So here ya go bone jangles....message passed on.

Tried talking to the assistant manager who was INCREDIBLY rude!!’ I will make sure that Door Dash is NEVER used again by this facility’ it took two drivers to simply deliver the order which was WRONG!!!!!!’ Worthless. Please CANCEL the tips I left for both drivers. You are a waste of time and money I would never recommend Door Dash and will gladly spread the word
