Not an outrageous ask but instead of a simple upcharge like literally every other place, I’m told it has to be a whole separate $4 drink. It’s not the money, it’s the principle. Feels like no one in management is willing to make small changes that would actually improve the experience for regulars. Shouldn’t have to argue or settle every time I just want a quick breakfast.
