  I was in your arbys tonight. And yes granted I was on the phone with my wife she couldn't make her mind up so im back and forth with her. So I go to walk in and one of the young male employee actually tries to literally attack me for no reason I never said anything to him or done anything in anyway to provoke him in anyway im disabled im on disability and I was really scared for myself he is a young healthy young man and im all broke up and the manager just laughed and said to the young man you need to stop .I left i promise I will never go back to a arbys anywhere .I don't understand why you hire people like that

  I recently went through the drive-through and ordered one small item. They were not very friendly or polite when they took my order and my payment. They did not say anything to me, but once they took my payment, I had to wait over eight minutes for my order. They never informed me that it was going to take a while before they took my payment. When they brought my food to me, they did not apologize whatsoever very rude service.

  Nasty, unclean, plumbing problems. Should be shut down and owners should never be in the restaurant buisness.

  No roast beef at 1030pm and they don't close until 11pm. Drive thru acted annoyed that we asked for roast beef. Update 3/3/26.....went to drive through at 1036pm. No one answered. Staff standing around. We won't be back
