Last, the lady that was at the window was not friendly at all and completely rude. She probably shouldn’t be working with the public. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

- LHLisa HayesMar 29, 20262.0The biscuits at the Cotton Grove Road in Lexington NC are not as good as they used to be. The were flat and would break apart. Biscuits that crumble easy are ok for biscuits and gravy. Also the sausage patties are very thin now. They must have changed food distributors, that have a poorer quality. This is not just a one occurrence. Their biscuits have been this poor quality for several weeks. I might as well go to Hardee's or McDonald's and get the same poor quality biscuits. They used to have the best fluffy biscuits. We are paying the same price for poorer quality food. I will not eat there again until someone in management takes responsibility to check on food quality. I bet they would not want to eat the biscuits they are selling. Very disappointed.

When I finally got an employee to ask about my order, it was still on the printout machine. Then I was told something had to be cooked, I think the chicken and it would be 30 to 40 minutes. So I could not stay and deliver the order, because this is my job and I would not get paid for waiting, so I had to declined the order and did not get paid.
