  Placed an order for the new “Crispy” pan pizza. It was far from crispy. Soggy and doughy. Stuck to the bottom of the box it was inedible. Called back manager was rude wouldn’t let my aunt get a word in and argued with her that it was actually made correctly. (He was on speaker) He told her to bring it back. She requested him send a new pizza and he could pick this one up. And he said no and hung up on her. I took the pizza back myself requested a refund and was refused a refund. And inquired why he was arguing with a customer he said it was because she was rude but he wouldn’t let her speak. I have been in this business for 20+ years at every level of management from hourly to district. And I have never seen a “manager” not care as much as this one. Even from watching him work through the window before entering. He had air pods in. No hair net with hair flying everywhere in a pony tail with no hat. But refusing a refund or a credit for future pizza is unacceptable on so many levels since I brought the pizza back. And when I gave him the pizza he didn’t even look at it. He just tossed it. That could have been a teaching moment for the staff to make sure that never happened again. Or even an “oh crap” moment for him to realize that the customer was actually right. I know how hard it is to work in the hospitality industry at any level. But having that attitude is only hurting this franchise. And I am baffled at the lack of training this manager has had with dealing with customers in general.

  Ordered pepperoni pizza and a pizza with pepperoni,onion,beef With garlic sticks and cheese sticks Pizzas were all wrong and the garlic bread was soggy didn't even get the cheese sticks said they couldn't replace it because they couldn't find my phone number in there system

  so disappointed, ordered on-line, picked up and got home, ready to eat and duh, most of crust was soggy and not done. Management said nothing could be done when we called to report it , unless we came back out and returned it. I was not willing to drive back out so he would not give credit. Pizza was not edible.

  Tried placing an online order at 10:34 pm (they close at 11) for carry out . Delivery is the only option after 10pm, so I settled for that. Placed the order, got the confirmation, only to have it immediately canceled. Weird.. placed the order again only for it to be immediately canceled again. The store is still open, why are they refusing to serve me because they close in a half hour? (I used to be the AM of a papa Johns and was forced to accept every order up until the minute we closed, even if I was the only person inside working.) genuinely dont understand why I’m not allowed to eat papa Johns after a long shift but whatever. Maybe look into why your employees are canceling orders for the last 30 minutes of the work day instead of filling them.
