Management said nothing could be done when we called to report it , unless we came back out and returned it. I was not willing to drive back out so he would not give credit. Pizza was not edible.

Placed the order, got the confirmation, only to have it immediately canceled. Weird.. placed the order again only for it to be immediately canceled again. The store is still open, why are they refusing to serve me because they close in a half hour? (I used to be the AM of a papa Johns and was forced to accept every order up until the minute we closed, even if I was the only person inside working.) genuinely dont understand why I’m not allowed to eat papa Johns after a long shift but whatever. Maybe look into why your employees are canceling orders for the last 30 minutes of the work day instead of filling them.

My thing is y'all are open until 11pm tonight and yes I know carry-outs stop at 10pm but I called in plenty of time and was literally getting ready to pull in!! I will never give y'all my hard earned money again!! Y'all have the best pizza but suck at customer service!! New management is clearly needed!!! I added a picture of your hours for tonight just for shits and giggles!!!
