Dirty tables; lack of options, 3/4 through my order i was told there is no more cheese. The beans were out, meat was dry looking and not fresh. Most of the employees just stood there. Service was slow and unwelcoming. They can do so much better.

- DRDouble RNov 13, 20251.0Arrived at 948pm and as I walked in i saw a employee take a cup of queso and placing the cup below the counter. I suspected it was for the employee after closing. So I was getting my bowl made and was told it's no more queso which I declined my food after that point cause queso is something I have to have on my meal when eating from Chipotle. I don't feel that was good customer service cause I could of been told that before my meal was being prepared and just cause it's 12 minutes before closing does not mean this location shouldn't be more prepared.
