It’s certainly the best fast food place in Lenoir, and it’s consistently that way. The employees are competent and act like they care about their job, and are fast, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food is always hot and fresh, and they have always gotten our orders CORRECT! That’s so rare at fast food restaurants anymore. Since moving to Lenoir we have been to this Arby’s location at least 5 times, and we’ll keep going back often.

There was a guy that came up and said he'd be with me in a little bit so I stood there and waited for a few more minutes. And anyways an old man came in and then this woman came up and she helped him and completely ignored me and acted like I wasn't there after I'd been standing there inside the store for almost 10 minutes waiting for them to help me and take my coupon!! If I'm going to be ignored like that, I'll just take my business elsewhere!!!!
