  This is the WORST MCDONALD'S I've ever dealt with. Employees are RUDE no matter what time of the day you go , you always have to wait and you always get pulled. The manager is rude and unprofessional on my visit last night.I ordered an online order.I went to the drive through.I waited 7 minutes before anyone ever came to the speaker.And the only reason that happened was because I stated , hello , is anyone here. That.\nIs when some young nasty talking individual come on, the speaker and start telling me that I needed to wait because they had no help then proceeded to cuss me out.And asked me if I wanted to come in to help them. I i moved to this area about four years ago and the mcdonald's down here suck. All the workers are rude and have no professionalism.And no matter which one you go to, you have to wait a long period of time.This is my second experience with Mcdonalds and I will no longer be shopping.You're establishment.

  You guys just don’t care inside the store. I’ve never seen a raw burger from McDonald’s and the bun looks like someone spilled coke on the bottom of this soggy sloppy mess. Ordered 3 meals got 3 entree, one fry, and no drinks. Didn’t bother walking in cause it’s not worth the time for some soda that’s probably flat. Waited for the chicken strips and received chicken strips I could use as a hammer. What waste of money and time.

  Absolutely the worst experience. Placed order at 4:42 pm and did not get till 5:20 pm, and they didn’t hand me a cup for the drink I purchased. I didn’t feel like waiting another 20 minutes to be acknowledged and just left. Will not be back.

  This location has to be the worst in the Wilmington/ Leland area! Everytime I come here I have to wait for my food. Tonight was the last straw. It took them at least ten minutes to take my order through the drive thru window I ordered just one double cheeseburger and was told I had to wait for them to make more meat. I was upset and just drove off without anything. Like I said before I have been to this location at least five other times and have had to wait for food all those times as well.

  Who ever the individual that was placing the orders into the system at the drive through around 11:30 was probably the most disrespectful individual. She continued to place the wrong items on the screen, started having an attitude because we had to keep correcting her. This place will have you pull into a numbered parking and then it takes an additional 20 minutes to get your order or you have to walk in to grab your order off of the counter. The food is always cold. Food orders are usually missing items or wrong about 50% of the time
