  Id give a negative 5 if I could. Gave in to the kids because what kid don't want mcdonalds, they made my wife wait longer than everyone else in the store (if the staff sees this i know why)while they gave a random buddy of theirs free food. Get down the road and they ate half of the nuggets and got all the rest of the order wrong. This has got to be the absolute worst location in the country. Staff is garbage.

  1. Overall, the customer service is very good. 2. The casher is very patient to handle children's requests and orders. 3. The casher double checks the children's orders with friendly supports. 4. This is a very friendly restaurant for anyone and any family.

  Put in an online order through the app. Pull up to the speaker nobody answers. Say hello then someone says give me a minute. Then another car pulls up to the other speaker takes their order before me. I was there first then I say can you take my order number somebody just pulled up after me and got their order taken. Then the dude says “ there’s no order in the system right now” which is a load of bs because I saw the car with my eyes. Anyway wait on my food for a while then I get my food first the icee that I got is terrible taste gross and no icee to it. Secondly one of the burgers just had ketchup on it there was no modifications to the burger or the meal at all. This is the last time I will be taking my business to the McDonald’s if you read this I highly recommend not going to this McDonald’s.

  Mcdonalds should start acting like they want customers. No human will interact with you. No drink machines, no napkins, no straws, no ketchup. So you are reliant on the workers who go out of their way to ignore you. 100% not coming here again. Mcdonalds will reply with a link to this review as they have many others, so be assured that they are aware of the issues

  Avoid this one if you can, go to the one further up 17 closer to the walmart. This McDonald's is constantly a disappointing waste of time. You never get a total at the menu, they will take their time taking your payment, and the last seven or eight times that I've been through this drive-thru I've had to go to the waiting spots and been sitting there for at least 10 minutes waiting for my food. Record was 23 minutes and when I went inside to ask, they didn't know what I was talking about. Don't even bother trying to go inside, the people who work there will just stare at you and ignore you or walk away and leave you hanging. Just today I waited for my food to be brought to me, and the fries were soggy. It doesn't matter what time of day you go how busy or slow they are, they are never prepared for any customer to set foot through that door. Either step up your pay so you can get better employees or revamp your training program so that you can train better employees, but that McDonald's never fails to disappoint. This is the only McDonald's I've ever been to in my entire life where I wanted to call the franchise operator and absolutely dress someone down. There's no reason why a trip to McDonald's should be that frustrating.
