  Terrible. Wanna try YOUR luck? Lol dont. What a crap-show they got going there. Cant believe these kids actually get paid at all. All they do is crap on customers. Ive tried going once, got fooled, went again several months later, got fooled again. So i wont. I just wont.

  Employees are always outside in the parking lot. Anytime my husband and I go to the drive thru, they tell us they are either out of whatever we try to order or that for some other reason they can’t take our order. On the rare occasion they can take our order, there is a 90% chance it will be wrong. I don’t know how they can stay open at this point. I never see anyone able to complete their order in the drive thru, they end up having to drive away.

  Wait at drive through was excessive but moving ... food was cold which after waiting in line in very frustrating... service people were complaining about their days ... surprised with this from a Wendy's they are normally always pleasant and food always fresh ... need better management I guess ... disappointed

  Guess I’m a glutton for punishment, because I’ve given them about 12 tries at all different times of the day. Each time it was the same story: 1) wait about 10 minutes alto have my order taken at the drive through 2) wait another 20 minutes to get to the window 3) the smell of weed hits you like a ton of bricks (if you go there late night) 4) my order is wrong 5) they give some lame excuse as to why it took so long 6) tired of waiting, I just go home and eat it…

  I Waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes and no one was in front of me and no one took my order, this was a Saturday at 5:00pm. When no one answered I went to the window where several employees looked at me and never came to the window and I waited for an additional 5 minutes and still did not get my order taken. I’m pregnant and my sugar was dropping needless to say I’m not normally a “Karen” but new employees need to be hired or some better training. I left with out any good
