  If you leave a bad review you have the wrong expectations. Waiting inside is usually pretty slow so going threw drive through is best food always good but I got a grilled cheese burrito delivered tonight because its been a long day and i forgot to stop and it was its just really small like breadstick sized so compared to what there $5 burrito supposed to be it wasnt isn't it. But the food usually always is what taco bell food is supposed to be.

  just nasty, definitely need better help and for them to learn how to make tacos the taco shell tasted like it had been on the counter all day it was like a nasty hard potato chip. I won't ever eat there again I promise you that

  I came around 9pm the drive-thru wasn't moving so we came inside. A joyful young lady cyan greeted us. We explained we really needed our mobile order. We were in rush and confused why no one was making food. She apologized for the wait was kind enough to give us a coupon for our troubles. After grabbing our drinks we heard her try to explain our situation to the other workers. We could hear from the lobby. Someone yelling too bad they can wait. We ended up waiting almost an hour. We saw drive through orders getting handed out ahead of us.

  About six months ago, this Taco Bell was actually good. The food was fresh, hot, and consistent enough to keep me coming back. Enter 2026: new year, tragically new Taco Bell. The beans were dry, crusty, and honestly offensive. My order was missing almost everything I paid for, yet somehow a ridiculous amount of time was devoted to assembling a perfectly curated chip bouquet inside my sauce cup. Impressive presentation, shame about the whole “actual food” part. I understand mistakes happen. This was not a mistake. This was a coordinated failure. The kind of screwup that requires intention, teamwork, and a complete disregard for the concept of not even meeting the bare minimum. If you’re going to be sloppy, at least put the food in the bag.
