I do not blame the doordash driver one bit. I would understand if you were out but usually dont yall notify the driver so they can notify me?

I am going to start by saying I spend a lot of money at this subway and I understand mistakes are made but they have the rudest workers here. I ordered my daughter and son lunch that they didn’t receive because they either didn’t understand my note or they didn’t read it. And if they didn’t understand they didn’t call me or inform the school instead put it all in a bag with the rest of the classes and dropped it off never saying anything so when I call and a worker answers the phone hollering and fussing when all I wanted to know is if food was at school or at subway she hands the phone over to the manger still hollering in the back ground and again I all need to know is where the food is to feed my child. Now I spent 20 dollars to feed 2 kids lunch to be treated as if I was the problem not sure at this point if everyone that calls with an issue is treated like this but if they are I can see them being out of business shortly again I wasn’t asking for it to be replaced or my money back just the location of the food!

Literally 30 mins before closing time - I was turned down due to them “ already shutting down” I could even understand if I was walking in there 10 mins before closing but 30 minutes is absurd !! I probably wouldn’t have mentioned this if i wouldn’t have been denied service during business hours — but last week I walked in with my small child and an employee was VAPING in the store!!!! Unprofessional and no customer service was very poor!! I hope.a manager sees this review!!!
