- HPHolly PJan 13, 20261.0Lindsey was severally rude. She didn’t acknowledge me or the other costumers. She was extremely rude to her team member in-front of me and two other customers. I only gave the service two stars because her coworker, the dark haired man was very kind. She had no reason for treating him or the customers in such manner. I will be back and escalate further if I notice it hasn't been corrected or handled.

I asked for my order and the woman working informs me she hasn’t started it yet. Okay sure that’s fine but then she proceeds to begin making the order as slow as humanly possible. Just zero sense of urgency. Like I get wanting to go home and close for the day but the shop doesn’t close until 10pm and moving as slow as humanly possible isn’t going to get you out of there faster either. I get home to eat my sandwich and it’s literally slopped together, couldn’t even finish the other half. It’s just disappointing spending money on food for it to be sloppy, and receive bad service on top of that. Will be avoiding this location if I see this employee working, just not worth it.

The meat was spread so thin you could literally see the bread and 1/4 of the sandwich was bare. Neither employee thought this was an issue. I left them with that naked sandwich and went to Jersey Mike's!!
