Worst customer service than any other 5 Guys. Fisher and Brandon, Manager and worker made for each other. Shut the app down so they would not have to honor deal that was emailed to me for a BOGO burger. Had been looking forward to this all day and was told they were running out of food. So instead of honoring the on line coupon they basically said “Too bad, you gotta pay full price” I understand problems arise but it’s how you handle it that makes you a good employee or not and from what happened to me the brand took a major hit because of rude workers and poor management.

After getting an email on Monday 2/16 to celebrate with five guys on 2/17 for 40th anniversary. I told my husband and we were both excited for buy one get one free deal. I had a doctors appointment in Wilmington and drove to Leland to get “the deal”. We knew we needed to use the app but it stated unavailable?? We went in and asked the cashier and she said someone else asked too but she didn’t know why the app was unavailable asked if she would ask her manager so she asked and he said no they couldn’t honor it and they had shut the app down because they were too busy. Then I asked if they would honor the deal in restaurant and he said he would ask his GM and came. Back and said he said no I asked was he ready for the bad reviews that would cause and he said yes he was ready and as I got to the door he said you need to get out of here. Then the customer behind us left too. The managers names are Brandon and Fisher. This will be taken to corporate with the horrible attitudes and poor customer service

Service was quick everyone was friendly and the food was delicious. Couldn’t ask for more. Would do one thing though and put French fries in a separate bag when you have someone with an allergy. They were put in the bag with my husbands regular burger. Not an enormous issue for me but could be for some.
