Customer service at this location is consistently poor, which is frustrating given how simple the interaction should be. I expect at least basic respect and attentiveness when picking up an order, and this store repeatedly falls short.

Plenty of choices to make for what you want in your meal. The guacamole was the best around. The staff were very nice and fast with the food. I will definitely be back.

I asked if they had fresh white rice (since they were scraping dried rice scraps out the bottom of the rice container) and they said no despite having fresh rice at the other (window) station and using it for the person behind me. Nothing looked like it had been prepared anytime soon (I went at 2pm). The queso was thick, grainy and gelatin like - it looked like it would instantly make you feel sick if you ate it. There are far better places to spend your money.

Not only the girl making the food wasn’t friendly at all but she wasn’t pay attention of what we were ordering so she put the wrong meat in the bowl so when I asked for the right order she didn’t even want to talk to me or listen what I wasted to say. Someone else got there and we got charged double of the amount for her mistake! We paid almost $20 for a bowl. Never again!
