  The crew seems very friendly but the food is sometimes overcooked😥 , or the food is not what you ordered or you get to the window and your told they didn’t have anymore of what you ordered😪

  The place was disgusting no top on tea worker had his paints down below you could see his boxers greasy food floors were sticky will never go there again so nasty I didn't want to eat it took 30 minutes to get food and if I would not have paid already I would have walked out so disgusting it was nasty

  I grew up in the Raleigh area where Bojangles service was on-par with other fast food restaurants in the area. But unfortunately that's not the case in Leland. This is the worst Bojangles I've experienced in my life and I've tried 7+ times to give fresh opportunities. Initially I assumed it was a COVID slump, but no, this restaurant has gone down hill. My last straw was witnessing the same person that told me to wait 5 minutes for my order walk off and go to the local smoke shop with other employees while I waited 20 minutes for him to get back. If not for me going inside to request my food they would of forgotten.

  As a NC native that’s been to multiple bojangles in my life and even worked there before, this is the worst one i’ve ever been to. This is the closest location to me and i’ve never had a good experience any time i’ve been here. The customer service is terrible and the food is always cold or wrong or both. As a bojangles lover it makes me sad to leave a bad review but I just hope this one improves.

  I have never had a good experience here. From having to wait 30+ minutes in the drive through to waiting inside for over 30+ minutes in FREEZING temperatures (I think they were trying to freeze people out of the inside dining area because it was 7 pm.) After having to wait all this time they also will probably get your order wrong even if it’s was a simple bacon egg and cheese biscuit where you would assume you couldn’t mess it up. On top of all of that the workers usually act as if you’re inconveniencing them by simply trying to place an order. I will not be going back and would rather drive into wilmington than go to this bojangles again.
