  Have tried this location multiple times and it’s always disappointing. Portions are inconsistent and every time, without fail, if you come 2 hours before close they are already cleaning up and have almost nothing prepared on the line. Even though this location is more convenient we choose the Wilmington location instead.

  I am really sorry to post this but this was the worst Chipotle we have ever eaten at. The food was so spicy that we could barely eat it, the chips were stale, really stale. All of the tables and chairs were dirty, we had to wipe down a table and chairs in order to sit and eat. Again, I have never had bad food at a chipotle before, until today.

  I often get my orders through door dash. I do like Chipotle and what they have to offer. This location was a prayer answered when it first opened up. However I do get burrito bowls because I can't eat tortillas. Twice now I have gotten just burritos when the tag says bowl. Today my family was headed out while I was working on something and offered to pick up another order for me. When the mentioned the multiple mix ups the associate who assisted simply said "Whatever is on the ticket is what's in there, I just hand it out' I would recommend any other location or a different craving if you're hungry. Needless to say I will from now on.

  I am writing to formally report a very concerning experience at this Chipotle location. Upon entering, I was not acknowledged by any staff member. Employees continued preparing what appeared to be online orders without greeting me or informing me that someone would be with me shortly. When my order was finally taken, I clearly requested salsa on the side. It was placed directly on my food, and when I politely mentioned the mistake, the employee responded with visible frustration and continued to make comments about the misunderstanding while remaking the order. She kept saying well I heard you say salsa but not on the side. More concerning were the sanitation practices I observed. The same employee preparing my food used her gloves to wipe down the counter by removing food droppings with her glove , then wiped the back of her neck, and continued handling food without changing gloves. Additionally, I witnessed chicken being dropped onto the counter and then placed into my bowl, I wanted to scream. This is a serious food safety concern. Please play the camera back management. This happened today 03/22/26 around 8:15-8:40 pm. There were also unprofessional comments being made by staff in the back regarding orders, including discussions about how to handle or take home a mistake from the bowl I no longer wanted. When I attempted to place an additional order and made a simple request, I was met with further attitude. Due to the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and unacceptable hygiene practices, I chose to leave without receiving my food. Yes I responded poorly because I was very irritated with everything I saw here!!! They definitely need training. I strongly encourage management to review this incident, address staff training on both customer service and proper food safety procedures, and ensure that these standards are upheld moving forward. I will never go here again I will take the drive to Wilmington.

  This place was SO insanely filthy. We walk up and every bin of toppings is coated in nasty old bits that have probably sat there since morning ( you can tell they toss it all around) You see a really dirty counter behind all that, dirty cutting boards and knifes. You then see these unattended chickens cooking til the point of Sahara desert status. All these things were noticed while I waited to realize no one was going to acknowledge my existence. One girl sweeping at my feet and won’t look up, the other directly behind the counter but also seemed to make sure to look anywhere but at us which was definitely deliberate. There was one poor boy who seemed to want to try, but was sadly preoccupied with some angry door dash guy for a wrong order by the register and nobody was going to help him that’s for sure. After waiting more than enough time, we decided we didn’t want to have a stomach illness tonight and left. I don’t recommend anyone to eat here if this is how it’s going to be taken care of. I love Chipotle, but this made me really sad. This place just opened in Leland and it doesn’t seem like there’s any care whatsoever.
