  I don’t know how this location, or any other in the local vicinity is still open. All of them are poorly ran, horrible customer service, and management is obviously not involved. Call corporate and they do nothing, don’t return calls. Always a terrible experience at any Bojangles in the Leland area.

  There's a worker which rather sit then do her job and food takes 45mins and it's fast food I'm the only person and it's finally out chicken taste like cardboard do not reccomned

  This place is so disgusting and the food might even be worse. I got the egg & cheese sandwich that comes with hashbrowns with a starry. The egg didn't even taste like egg, the hashbrown had some green stuff inside (not sure what that was) and the starry tasted off and looked yellow. The bathroom was filthy and the tables were dirty. Would not recommend. If I could give this place a 0, I would!!!

  The older lady should not be employed there. I asked how the gentlemen at the counter how long the chicken had on the fryer and the women screamed at him. She is very rude and frankly nasty looking. All she did was yell and loud with the younger employees it's a no wonder this location can't keep anyone. Get rid of her and I guarantee this location will get more business.

  Never place a mobile pickup here!! You do everything the app directs you to do and out of courtesy, I showed up 15 min after the time the app told me to arrive. The app already says my order is ready before i even pull up to Bojangles. However, when I pull up to the window the employees make me wait minutes before I'm acknowledged and then act bewildered that I'm even there as if they had no idea my order was placed and then have an attitude as if im inconveniencing them. I was asked to come inside while it was pouring rain outside because they didn't have the order ready. I asked politely if I can pull forward and they can bring the order out to me as I was not dressed and did not want to get wet. As I was driving away an employee said I had an attitude. Apparently not wanting to walk outside in the pouring rain and arriving 20 minutes after my food was already supposed to be made is having an attitude. My ETA on the employees ticket was 5:26PM, I was at the window at 5:40PM. On top of that they counted 5 small clumps of chicken breading as 5 pieces in my 20 count. Part of me believes this was on purpose for me wanting to pull forward instead of coming inside. I'll never come here again and based on other reviews you should stay far away.
