  Place was filthy. Chrome on drink machine I don't think has ever been cleaned. Tables dirty. Service slow. Only saw like 3 employees. Ordered potato cakes. Kid tonged them and put them in a bag, BEFORE my sandwich was even ready. Hard telling how long the cakes were sitting in the warmer trough.

  Consistently gets my orders wrong every single time I’ve been up there. I’ve never had a complete order. I’ve always had to return to correct something.

  2nd time in a month an they won't give you any arby sauce through the drive through. I won't be coming back

  The new gm that works there seems really rude and unprofessional, ever since they went under new management they have been lacking service and quality!! Their health rating even significantly decreased recently! They treat their employees like they are dogs even though they seem to work harder than the managers at times! Very disappointed in this company ya’ll need to get it together.

  Took 25 min sitting through the drive-thru which is way too long they really were not that busy, so it's kind of unacceptable
