  What ever you do please do not visit this location late nights especially on th weekend. The night manager here is not efficient and is always on her phone. Im sure they can view their night analytics and see the poor performance. A crew is only good as its leader. I never have an issue with morning or lunch and the crew is very kind during those times and the food is fresh. Night time I waited 15 minutes for food and the meal was cold. Another night 23 minutes and the order was wrong. The crew seem stressed out or thy seemed to be as care free as the female night manager being on her phone standing there as the line wraps around the building and cars are being parked and waiting with a full staff. Morning and day time get 5 stars but night time gets 1.

  I ordered the fish filet with extra tarter sauce. They charged me an extra $0.39. I only got a half and slice of cheese, but wasn't given a discount. I also bought the chicken deluxe a few weeks ago and didn't get tomatoes. I went to the counter and was told, "We are out of tomatoes." It would have nice if they would have told me when I placed my order and again, I was charged for the tomatoes I didn't get! But golly! Don't ask for anything extra, bc they WILL charge you more! I also sat by the play house and they decided to clean it while. Fine. But with a blower? In the middle of the day? With the cord stretched across the floor? Dangerous! Lawsuit waiting to happen!

  The manager freely uses racial slurs. He does not keep his shirt tucked in and he follows customers to the bathroom using the excuse because you're white and I don't trust you don't ever eat there! I wouldn't feed a dog. The food that comes out of their armoire's cans not a single worker was wearing gloves!

  I meet a worker at McDonald's in laurinburg and her name was brittany and she was the nicest person ever. She made me smile from ear to ear. This is why yall need to put a employee of the week to Brittany she makes people smile and she get along with everyone who she works with and the customers as well.
