Three employees and all they were worried about was helping the drive through customers. I guess those of us that walk in aren't important. Wished Rockingham, NC had a Baskin Robbins at there Dunkin. I would drive to Rockingham and give them my business since Laurinburg doesn't care about my business.

Placed my order and proceeded to the wi dow to pay and get my order...She repeated my order and was moving her hands around at me and I proceeded the same way and said yes and she looked at me and made a gesture like she had a altitude because I treated her in thw manner she was treating me....She said some choice words and my answer was driving off am not going to argue with no one at a window that has no respect. Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
