  Went to the drive thru around 7:10 pm on Sunday 5/3. Was told over speaker they weren't accepting drive thru orders. I was told that I needed to either use the app or doordash. I asked why they didn't have the drive thru blocked off and was told they weren't allowed to block the drive thru. So apparently they are allowed to refuse drive thru service due to, according to the voice coming from the speaker, short staffing but not take orders from the drive thru. The parking lot was crowded and as I drove off noticed at least 15 people standing around inside. This is completely unacceptable from a brand such as taco bell.

  I did drive thru, qnd ordered 3 items, 2 beefy cheese burritos and a cheesy roleup. We did not get the roll up. That is frustrating to find when i am driving home, and was even more frustrating when i found out i cant call their number because it does not work.

  Did a grab and go order that stated it would be ready by 10:30 and waited well past 11 o’clock to receive. Terrible service.

  Slowest service terrible customer service. Watched the 2 gentlemen infront of me wait over 30 minutes for a luxe box. My order took over 30 minutes and it wasn’t busy. Rude employers terrible customer service.

  The food was too cold and the service it’s so slow. I’m never going there ever again in my life and even though I told them to not put tomatoes on my tacos but they still did they added so many more than probably like 20 tomatoes and trust me guys do not ever go there ever again, the food is nasty there and I literally paid $60 for the worst food ever.
