  My husband and I went to enjoy a nice birthday supper for both of us. People that came after us got their food and left and there we sat waiting for ours. The waiter kept saying 5 minutes . An hour later the manager came up and said there was a glitch that our order got pushed back to the line. This is unacceptable. We wait about 30 more minutes and finally got our food. For something that was on grill cooking was Luke warm and the potatoe was not hot. It was bad service and very disappointing. Will not be going back there.

  Considering the price I feel they under performed in all areas. The food was well prepared but very basic. Service was okay sort of since another waitress blocked me from sitting down while talking to the next table. I also had to wait on a beer for an excessive amount of time. The atmosphere is nothing special but the prices are.

  The food is amazing!! The staff is amazing!! Everytime me and my husband eat here, The front of the house is always so welcoming with their southern hospitality! Lisa, Natalee, Valerie, Becky just to name a few, are always so awesome and kind. Jaclyn, Travis, John, Heather, and Amanda (the managers) are so professional & always greeting us at our table and making sure we have everything we need There is literally something wrong with you if you don't like this place and if your review is bad, keep it up saltgrass!! You all are amazing :)

  Our visit to Saltgrass was somewhat underwhelming. They informed our eight-person group that they could only accommodate a maximum of six individuals. They refused to cooperate with us at all, which was much more annoying than that. In an attempt to reach a solution, we asked whether six of us could sit at one table and the other two at another, but they refused. Beyond simply restating their position, there was no attempt to be accommodating, no flexibility, and no meaningful explanation. The entire exchange came out as rude and condescending. A negative image is created when a restaurant refuses to even look for a workable solution for a group that is willing to split up. I’m not sure if this was poor management, lack of training, or something else, but it didn’t feel right. Definitely not the kind of customer service I expected.

  I would have given zero stars if that were an option. Our group of eight visited, and we were told they could not accommodate us. To clarify, I asked the staff member directly if she was saying that all eight of us would not be able to dine there, and she confirmed that was the case. I then asked if it would be possible to split our group—six people at one table and two at another—but this request was also declined without further explanation. I considered speaking with a manager for clarification, but unfortunately did not have the time. The experience felt unwelcoming and disappointing, especially given the lack of flexibility or effort to accommodate a reasonable request.
