  If you get a coupon from this place for something like a gift card, don’t come. I got a $coupon for $15 gift card, came down to the restaurant, and they told me they were out of gift cards and there was nothing they could do to honor the coupon. The manager even came out to tell me this. The staff just gave off an attitude like they did not care about anything or anyone. We are now gonna pack up the kids and go somewhere else for dinner that is cost-effective. *** Update*** Decided to eat here because we were already here. Soda was flat and machine was out of ice. When I was finishing my order, manager asked, “no milkshake?” I said “sure”. Thinking he was wanting to make up for the poor start to my experience and include a free milkshake. Not so. Later, when I asked for barbecue sauce, the gentleman seemed reluctant to get it for me. ***Update*** I asked the manager for a refund on my soda because it was flat and there was no ice, he issued me a refund, and I told him he should really be more apologetic and try to do something to make it right with me, and that’s how he should approach situations with customers that have had a bad experience. He was befuddled at first, but then made an effort to give me a good apology, and gave me a $10 gift card, so I’m bringing this review up from one stars to two stars. Corporate needs to clean house here.

  What could have been a terrible experience was turned around by Gina (I hope that is correct). My order was wrong and I couldn’t come back because the restaurant was closed. When I did go back after discussing the matter with management, Gina was welcoming and understanding. Thanks for the great customer service with a smile!

  Burgers were 🔥 Shared a Reese’s Milkshake - should’ve gotten 2! Fries a bit limp tho. Clean tables and staff were very friendly and kind.

  This place is horrible, managment is terrible, they treat their employees horribly. And i seen one of the employees discard waste/grease incorrectly and illegally going against the epa. The general manager needs to be fired. I also overheard him say to his employees "lets redate this meat". I don't know about you, but that is very disgusting to me! Will never eat here again. I believe his name is "lovale"
