The sirloin and grilled chicken is a terrific meal for sharing and I've ordered this 4 times from this store over the last 17 months or so. The problem is that the order is NEVER ready anywhere near the expected pick-up time. In fact, I don't believe that they have started any of the 4 meals before I had arrived at the designated pick-up time. The excuse I received was that the server just got the order when she arrived (order placed 3:48, email received 3:53, I arrive at 4:15 - server acknowledges she has my order in process when I arrive). She didn't say when she arrived, but I receive my order at 4:39. This is terrible to do to your customers, but it is unfortunately consistent.

We originally reserved for a much smaller group, but our party ended up being larger than expected. Cameron, the hostess, went above and beyond to accommodate us. Even with the extra wait time, she made everything work out perfectly and handled the situation with patience, professionalism, and a genuinely friendly attitude. Our waiter, Brandon, was just as impressive. He was attentive, personable, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. I’ve been to this restaurant many times before, but the customer service from Cameron and Brandon truly stood out. They provided the best service I’ve experienced here. Thank you both for helping make our celebration special!

Booooooo The Caesar was my favorite dish and often the reason I come here. This change, coupled with the consistently low ratings lately, is sending me...away. Knightdale doesn't have many good restaurant choices, so I guess I'm going to have to drive farther.
