Not a smile, not a “hello,” not a “your sandwich is crying in the pick-up window.” I came in hungry. I left confused, tired, and spiritually older. Panera, do better. This ain’t it.

I was hoping it was something special since they were promoting it. I was sorely disappointed. It tasted like half a scoop of instant hot chocolate made with a cup of sweet cream. It was way too sweet and there was really no chocolate flavor. I will keep coming here for other items but don’t waste your time with the hot chocolate,
