  Ordered the six pack of the classic donuts which is clearly listed on the website what donuts they come with. So I get the delivery order just fine and six donuts that I don't even like. So evidently if they don't have the donuts they'll just put any of them in there. I don't understand why a donut place doesn't have more donuts.

  The 5th time in a row I've come here to be told immediately that all they have left is glazed and 1 or 2 of another flavor. Why even stay open if you aren't going to have any donuts? Wanted to surprise my kids for the season with some yummy treats but I guess I'll be going somewhere else from now on. We love the donuts but that doesn't help us when you never have any.

  Went in at 6pm, they close at 10. They only had 2 kinds of doughnuts. I asked if I could get the Peanuts (comic strip) themed doughnuts and the staff looked at my like I kicked their dog. They just told me no with no explanation. Why put up a huge sign on the menu advertising the item if they aren't going to sell it? I understand fast food jobs are thankless and demanding. I've worked similar jobs before. Staff were unnecessarily rude.

  One of the worst kk I've visited the donuts were not good they tasted like grease I love them hot and now and they were but not good at all the service was poor servers were not friendly at all correction one was the one after taking my drink back in to have it redone because it looked degusting and she politely made me another will not recommend nor will I be returning again

  The manager is a young girl who doesn’t care about customers and is RUDE. We went in at 3:30pm on a Sunday for regular glazed donuts and they had NONE we ordered a drink instead we asked for a iced mocha caramel latte on the menu it has whipped cream and both drizzles and when we received it, it had none. We told the young guy that it wasn’t correct we told him it was missing the toppings so he took it back and that’s when the young rude manager came and yelled at me saying what did you want and I told her the item and she said that is what I made for you and I said no let me show you I pull up the picture and show her and she’s like ok it’s just missing the toppings and I said yes can you add them, she rolls her eyes and says that’s all you had to say and I said that’s exactly what I told the young men which is why he took it back there and she closes the window, when we get the drink back it tasted just like dark coffee with no ice and disgusting. I threw it away and will never be going back here again.
