  I ordered a.specialty pizza, a pepperoni pizza, and a cheesy bread. Per usual, im watching the tracker because my children and i are starving. The order gets to checking your order for perfection. And stops. An hour goes by. I call the store which is less than a mile from my residence. The manager informs me that they have not even made.my food, it will be another 25 to 30 minutes, and there are 5 orders in front of me. She asks me. If. I. Still. Want. My. Food. Its now 1130 at night and nothing is open. She explains that before she makes the food she wants to make sure the delivery driver is back first because she doesnt want the food to get cold. So they just hit all the sequential buttons on the tracker to keep their times low. The tracker is now.a completely useless tool. It means less than nothing. And they cherry pick which orders to actually make and deliver?? Find another dominos if you must have subpar pizza. This entire location is being ran on four brain cells.

  I’m very disappointed with the service at this location. We clearly informed the store that my husband has a mushroom allergy, yet the order was still sent out with mushrooms on it. This is a serious food safety concern, not a simple mistake. When I contacted the store, the staff was rude and dismissive. Instead of remaking the order, we were only offered a refund. A refund does not correct the fact that an allergy warning was ignored or the lack of concern shown by the staff. Food allergies should always be taken seriously. This experience showed a lack of care, professionalism, and proper training. I would like someone from Domino’s corporate to contact me so I can explain what happened at this location and ensure this issue is addressed properly.

  Nyla was working late at night and yet she was so professional, knowledgeable and sweet! Nyla knew the entire menu in great detail and is a true leader. I certainly hope she’s recognized for her outstanding disposition. Also the Christmas tree was decorated so nicely, I needed to take a picture. Veggie pizza was outstanding—as you can see for yourself! Thanks, Nyla!

  We have a credit on our Domino’s account due to an error with an order we placed last week. To use the credit, we have to place the order via telephone or carry-out. Today, we placed an online order and immediately after, visited the store to use our credit for another pizza. The representative that helped us began with saying that a carryout order would be an additional 25 minutes and our online order was about to come out of the oven. We requested that our carryout be ready close to the time of our online order as this posed a grave inconvenience. The associate and the manager denied that request. We opted not to wait for the carryout and to use our credit another time due to thinking our online order would be up soon. The associate was dishonest because almost 30 minutes later we are still waiting for our order. We needed a third pizza and ordered with Little Caesars. We are avid Domino’s customers and have never had this type of experience. No one apologized for last week or today.
