  Put in an order feb 21,2026 at 856pm said it was ready at 930pm and went in after waiting longer the the app said .. went in and order was totally wrong had to remake it.. didn’t even get to walk out with any food.. didn’t offer nothing for their mistake.. now I got to sit here while they make it all over again!! This was usually the only pizza place I’d come to and now I just might start making my own pizza. This is ridiculous and stupid! All they had to do was read the order that came in off the Domino’s app!! I didn’t call it in , it was this on app! I am highly disappointed, pissed and frustrated!!!

  I placed a to-go order before the January 23rd/24th snowstorm, and was in a hurry to avoid rush hour. I get home and one of the pizzas has toppings I did not ask for and have never ordered. I reported this through the customer service portal within an hour of getting home. Nearly a month later, and a second message from myself asking for an update, and customer service hasn't responded, apologized for the error, nothing. Evidently Domino's Customer CASE ID: 8354756 isn't worthy of a reply.

  I've been on hold with two phones. MARCUS came into my neighborhood and left without making my delivery. To make matters worse, I finally get someone on the phone who said Marcus is the manager and she will contact him. She answers my second call thinking she had me on hold, I hear her talking to Marcus telling him what I said and she asked "What do you want me to tell her?" She gets on the phone with me and says the GPS took him to the wrong house. I told her I watched him. She said he's coming back, but he's been gone for over 30 minutes. She asked "What do you want me to do about it?" EXCUSE ME! Refund.

  I order from this location between once and twice a week and have been doing so for a few years. Its unbelievable that a business won't accept $50 or $100 bills. If im placing an order for almost $50 and want to pay with a $100, there shouldn't be an issue. Probably won't be ordering from this location going forward. Very frustrating. Ps if no other dominos accepts $50 or $100s, ill order pizza hut.

  I ordered a.specialty pizza, a pepperoni pizza, and a cheesy bread. Per usual, im watching the tracker because my children and i are starving. The order gets to checking your order for perfection. And stops. An hour goes by. I call the store which is less than a mile from my residence. The manager informs me that they have not even made.my food, it will be another 25 to 30 minutes, and there are 5 orders in front of me. She asks me. If. I. Still. Want. My. Food. Its now 1130 at night and nothing is open. She explains that before she makes the food she wants to make sure the delivery driver is back first because she doesnt want the food to get cold. So they just hit all the sequential buttons on the tracker to keep their times low. The tracker is now.a completely useless tool. It means less than nothing. And they cherry pick which orders to actually make and deliver?? Find another dominos if you must have subpar pizza. This entire location is being ran on four brain cells.
