  I will never order from here again, I was told that my order would be done in 25 mins, so when I arrived they told me that it would be another 25 mins, so I went to another place to pick up something and came back to see if order was done and I was told it would be ready again in 25 mins, return and when I asked for sauce they wanted to charge me after waiting for basically almost an hour and half.i asked for bread sticks and received cheese sticks. When asking for a discount I was told I couldn't get one because the order was paid for. Very unsatisfied with this service. If I could give a zero for this I would but unfortunately I can give a star. This was order was$23 and the pizzas were overcooked along with the cheese sticks.

  Placed an order online for delivery at 6:13. The delivery time was estimated for around 6:53. During this time, I watched the tracker but it did not move. Then, 6:53 came and went and the estimated time was getting later and later and the tracker still had not moved. I called the store at 7:18 to get a status and was told it would be another hour. I asked if that would be the same if we just came to get it. Yep…you guessed it. Still an hour. We did not want to wait another hour to eat, so I requested a refund.

  My husband and I decided to order pizza for dinner tonight. The order was placed at 7:16 PM. It's Saturday night, so we expect it might be busy. However, I check the pizza tracker at 7:45, and it still says "order being prepped." My husband decided to call to check on it, just to make sure the order wasn't lost, especially if they were busy. It took a couple minutes for someone to pick up, and my husband inquired about our food. The employee relayed that they had the order, but it hadn't been started yet. When my husband told the employee what time we'd put in the order, the employee replied, "I don't know what to tell you, sir." I included images to show when our food was finally started -- an hour after our order. It then remained in quality check for 20 minutes. It was nearly two hours from the time we ordered to the delivery. It was clear the food had sat a while too, as there was condensation on the sauce cups and the boxes had begun to sink with moisture. My husband and I have both worked in customer service and food industries, so we understand the challenges that come with it. However, the customer service we received was absolutely unacceptable. We'd have been okay if they had told us "we're short on staff" or "deliveries are running behind" or any number of valid reasons for our order being so delayed. However, to be told "I don't know what to tell you" was such bad customer service. We've not had this experience with other Dominoes locations.

  I am So mad right now! I ordered a pizza on 9/26/25, and the order was wrong. I called that night, and the guy was no help, spent around 15min on the phone with him, just to be told to speak to the Mng the next day. I called the next day just to spend 25 min on hold, for no one to answer, so called the next day, and finally after waiting, and speaking to the manager to let them know to get the pizza covered, but then tonight called, was on hold for another 15 min, and the call was cut off, so called back, on hold again, but when answered was told the computers were down, and I could not place an order. I have never in my life gone through so much trouble, after having a business screw my order up, not been able to get my reimbursement, or anything done! What the HECK IS GOING ON WITH THIS SCREWED UP BUISNESS???
