I was taken aback by the brief exchange with the lady at the window. As she was handing me the food and drink i asked for ketchup. The response I got was "huh". I don't expect AAA service but what happened to " pardon me or I'm sorry I didn't hear you". That wouldn't happen at the chicken place just up the street. The food was hot and good as usual.

From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuinely welcoming attitude. Kyong went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and that I had everything I needed. Her energy, professionalism, and kindness truly stood out. It’s rare to find customer service this phenomenal these days, and Kyong absolutely made my visit memorable. She is a true asset to this location.

Pierre greeted us when we came in the door and was helpful when we ordered. The food was out quick and it was fresh. Also, this location has recently been remodeled and the dining room looks great. It’s clean and has a great atmosphere. We’ll be back.

She was very helpful very respectful and I’m definitely gonna come back and get my Food from this Burger King thank you Miss Montgomery for making me have a wonderful experience at your restaurant i’m sorry I forgot one of the main people she was a manager. I think her name was Kim. She was very like on top of stuff. I could hear her talking to the staff very politely no coaching on like getting the orders out at a good time and overall, the whole store was really clean.
