    I made an order as the only vehicle in the drive thru at 10:18 this morning. All of my food was correct on the screen and I pulled forward. I was greeted by the manager and she asked me if I wanted to round up my total and donate it. I said yes. At this point we both were nice and pleasant people being nice and pleasant to one another. The total was now 32.00. After getting my orange juices and my card back I was told to pull forward because "they are making my chicken biscuit fresh for me". I was asked if I wanted any sauces in my bag. I responded with ketchup and pulled forward as I was instructed to do. A few minutes later a young person comes up to my truck window and hands me 1 bag. I take the bag and he promptly disappears back into the building. I reach to do a rough check of the bag. There are 5 small orders of hash browns and 2 orders of French toast sticks arranged all across the top of the bag making it difficult to reach the bottom of the bag to check the sandwiches but there were some down there. I drove home dad-taxing the hash browns. Upon arriving home, I find that one of the sandwiches is wrong and the chicken biscuit that was being made fresh for me was not even in the bag. I tried to call the number on the receipt but it would not go through. I give my family the food and give my son the sandwich that is incorrect and head back to the store. The manager saw me standing in the lobby she immediately referenced the chicken biscuit I was missing. Then she gave me the money for half of my order back as breakfast was no longer being served and I'm assuming someone else received the chicken biscuit. The manager handled the situation as best she could but I want everyone to be know that pulling forward to wait for your food at any drive thru forfeits any leverage you have to ensure a successful encounter. Stay at the window so they are forced provide you a full service experience. Keep your power, don't pull forward.

    Had a great experience here! It was nice and bright, the food was good, and my kids LOVED the play place. It was clean and well-maintained and good sized. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

    Today I decided to have Burger King for dinner and was greeted by Keong and Kim. I felt welcome the moment I walked in—they were friendly, helpful, and assisted me with a smile. The food was hot and tasty, and the atmosphere was very clean. I’m so glad I decided to stop in. Highly recommend this Burger King!

    Went to this location tonight, and ordered a simple enough order, even repeated myself 3 times, and they still didn’t get it right, then have called back, not 5, but 10 times, with the phone off the hook, they obviously don’t care about the business, sounds like a manager that doesn’t want to hear about any complaints!

    Just the worst fast food and service ever. Ordered through the app and drove through the "Mobile Orders Drive-Thru" line. However, no one was there to give us our order or even talk to. So we had to go into the store instead. Someone finally came over and just stood there looking at me. There was no greeting or "How can I help you?" offered. So I told them I ordered through the app and gave them my name. They gave me 2 small bags of food and said I would have to wait 5 minutes for them to make the Iced Tea. 20 minutes later, I walked out without the Tea because they had no intention of making it or giving me another drink. When I got to my location I found that the Whopper Jr w Cheese that I ordered ended up being a mushroom Swiss burger or something. I hate mushrooms. I had to throw it away and I was too far away to go back. I will never return to any Burger King. Horrible
