I was very disappointed with the food and the service. The food I received was nothing like what I've gotten before. This was the first time I felt like I was cheated out of some items that were supposed to be on my tray. Missing bacon, tomatoes,and the size of the burger. I felt like they brought me a kids meal and I spent $ 65.00 . I don't believe I will be going back there ever again. If I ask for my food to be cooked a certain that what I mean. Everybody don't like hard cooked wings. I asked for them to be cook, not to be over cooked. Just disappointed, use to be my favorite wing spot.

We ordered 30 boneless wings - 20 came bone in and were completely inedible with how chewy, dry, and overcooked they were. Couldn't even get any meat off the bones and almost cracked a tooth on the SKIN because it was so hard. Fries also inedible, very hard and mostly hollow and seemed old. Also came with seasoning when we ordered none. Never coming back here, absolutely disgraceful.

It's honestly insane just how often they royally screw up delivery orders. Missing 10+ pieces of chicken, getting bone-in wings instead of the boneless we ordered and just having to throw it away - they need entirely new management.
Update: My poor girlfriend tried to muscle through the bone-in wings, and they were hard and dry, like they'd been fried several times. Just avoid this place lol. Let it go out of business and get replaced with something decent.

Last Saturday I went to the Buffalo Wings restaurant here in Knightdale And when I arrived at the restaurant, the girl refused to serve us. I think they should replace the staff with someone who is actually interested in doing the job well The food and snacks they have are very good, but they should change the staff because it's not working as it is. Unfortunately I've been visiting this restaurant in Knightdale for six years now, but I think the problem lies with the staff; they don't provide good customer service 👎🏻

We ordered a take out in advance, through The app. It was scheduled for pick up at 520. I arrived at 530 and no one was at the front counter and there's 4 other guests waiting. 535 I am greeted and give my name for the order. Between 535 and 615 they take the name 4 times. Others are waiting and a couple came in and got their orders right away. Mine doesn't come. My family was celebrating a birthday and were relying on the food for the party. An HOUR after my pickup time my order was ready. The food was cold. And and negative impact on my family.
There were many workers here. Multiple working the floor and other just standing. Also women did not have their hair not pulled back. Then around 6 a couple new people showed and they started working take out. I waited almost an hour for food that was supposed to be ready when I got there. And there was multiple others waiting behind me. The restaurant doesn't have the capacity to fulfill the orders in a timely manner then they should not be doing it. Please take this and all the Google reviews for this restaurant seriously and correct it. I have already reported this from the Buffalo wild wings website as well.
There were not many guests at the tables in the restaurant.
