  I see this place getting shut down really soon. For one me and my family a group of women came in sat down it took 10+ minutes for us to be greeted I work in a restaurant myself and I am a server periodically so I know thats not something that shouldn’t be happening. Not only did it take 10+ minutes to greeted our server had another table behind us which is fine a server that knows how to multitask but for you to be trying so hard and flirting with the man then doing your job and taking care of all your tables is a issue you flirted so bad and wanted to be attentive to them and only them to the point where our food comes out before our appetizer and the excuse was the food runner took it to the wrong table but you passed us 3x. Your a grown woman tryna make your tips off twitching and laughing hard an flirting you lost out on a tip for just being a good server personally its not a good look on the restaurant train your servers better please.

  If I can rate it a zero across the board I would!! An absolute disaster and absolutely disgusting. Came in on Valentine’s day night and literally had to wait at the host stand for at least 10mins to be seated. The host had a nasty attitude when I asked for the table to be tried. Once the server took our order we watched every table to served but ours but we had already noticed the hostess and server trying to be funny once I asked the table to be wiped. I asked for the Manager to express my concerns and she apologized and went to the kitchen. By that point we had waited over 40mins for an order pretzels , and over an hr for 6 wings with fries when I asked for the food to be packed to go the server had an attitude talking crap under her breath. They had employees off the clock just sitting at the tables. Just a mess! Candace and Bri were the worst employees and BWW should be ashamed to have people employed like that. I will not be coming back to this location again! A phone call to corporate will be made.

  Of the last 4 times I have ordered here, they have effectively messed up my order 100% of the time. I am truly disappointed in this location. I’m even more angry that I continue to be a customer. One of my wings was literally dust when I bit into it. I originally told myself that they are just having a tough time but I now believe they just dont have good help and they dont care to fix it. If someone in there cares, it’s hard to prove it.

  I've ordered from this particular BWW a few times for pickup and I can't recall a time when my order was ready in any reasonable time frame. Today, in particular, I ordered around 6pm for pickup. When I submitted the order, I was told the order would be ready at 6:20pm. I arrived at 6:20, and after a few minutes of standing there, someone asked for my name to check my order. The resturant had a few tables, but was not what i would consider busy. Over the course of the next 15 minutes, I was asked by three separate team members what my name was and provided no updates. At 6:35, I was told that it was being worked on and wouldn't be long. At 6:45, I was told that my friend pickles were just being prepped so that they were fresh, though my wings were ready. I was told it would take about 6 minutes. At 6:55 I finally received my food. When I arrived home (about a ten minute drive) my wings were cold. If you have another option, I highly suggest avoiding this location for takeout. I can not speak to sitting down at this location as I never have.

  2/4/26 We love buffalo wings but I don’t think we will be coming back due to how downhill it’s been. If I could give a zero star I would. We walked in and the sign says sit your self so we did sat there for 25 minutes no one ever came we saw employees walking by but no one came to our table. It wasn’t busy and there was a seat yourself sign so I’m just confused on what the issue was because there was no one to greet us or even let us know that someone would be with us shortly we sat there waiting and even gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited a few more minutes but no one, when leaving we saw the employees all sitting in the bar area so clearly they have time to drink but not to do their jobs.
