  Absolutely horrible staff and service. I have lived in Knightdale my entire life and it is the worst it has ever been. Rude and slow.

  I love this Arbys in Knightdale and the female store managers here have taken to heart making sure this store runs proper, provides fresh food and friendly service.

  The food was good, but the manager was a little unprofessional. I probably won't come to this location again. If the atmosphere isn't inviting, then I'm not going to spend my money. I'm sure she doesn't care about losing customers obviously, either way she's going to still get paid.

  Last Thursday, my boyfriend and I visited this Arby’s, and unfortunately the experience was terrible from start to finish. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with extra ranch and a medium curly fry. The sandwich was cold, soggy, and barely put together — it was literally falling apart. There was also no extra ranch at all, despite asking for it. The fries were nothing special, but the sandwich alone was enough to ruin the meal. My boyfriend ordered the chicken tenders with a medium fry and a drink. The tenders were so hard that he almost cracked a tooth biting into them. That’s completely unacceptable. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was also unpleasant. It was extremely cold, and the condiment station was completely empty. No ketchup, no mustard — nothing. We had to keep going back to the counter just to ask for basic condiments, even though there’s a whole setup meant for customers dining in. Overall, the food quality was very poor, the restaurant was unprepared, and the experience was disappointing. I honestly don’t understand how this location is still open. Definitely would not recommend.

  Today we were moving and I went in to get food for us and I just really have to thank the GM she was absolutely wonderful. She saw me. She was just so compassionate. She was busy but had a moment to wish us well. Lady may your new year bring you so much joy, laughter and prosperity!
