ALPACA CHICKEN is a veteran, minority & family-owned and operated business since 2007 with current locations in Raleigh, Garner, Durham, Cary, Apex & Sanford, North Carolina. Our specialty is our signature Peruvian “Pollo a la Brasa” style Rotisserie Chicken, marinated and slow cooked over natural wood charcoal in our signature custom-made rotisserie oven. At Alpaca we use only All-Natural Chickens free of any added hormones and free of any FDA allergens. We also offer house favorite Peruvian Entrées such as Arroz Chaufa and Lomo Saltado that are made to order so you always get a fresh made plate.
