The person I spoke to on the phone lacked empathy and was not apologetic for my pick up not being ready at time I indicated to be there. All I could hear was frustration in his voice and it being directed towards me. I really would have understood and my reaction would have been soft and understanding if he provided an adequate and sincere reason instead of excuses. He pretty much hung up on me when I told him he could have be emphatic and apologetic. The other FL I shop at is always apologetic when my order isn’t ready on time which is rarely. Thank goodness for other FL’s and grocery stores near me!
