  They need to work on retraining their staff and making sure there is management present. I placed I pick up order for a work every to pick up with 24 hr notice. When I arrived they gave me my “order” and said have a nice day. It was just coffee and cups but none of the food I ordered. It was clearly listed on the receipt taped to the bag. I let them know and then waited while the girl at the front just kinda stood around. She went back and told someone and I continued to wait while no one put together my order. I spoke with 3 more employees before my order started to be put together. The store was not busy, no one but me inside. Maybe 2 or 3 cars in the drive through. There were 5-6 employees just wandering around commenting to each other that they weren’t sure what they were supposed to be doing. Finally 15 minutes after y order was supposed to be ready a manager arrived and started giving direction. But I was late to work because no one started my order until I was able to speak to that manager. This is not the experience you expect from Chickfila

  Was told twice mayo was in the bag for my sandwich. I ordered it on the side. No mayo so having to eat a dry chicken sandwich

  I frequent this location on my way to work. Today going through the drive through the person recieving my order was not very friendly. She paused for a long time after a “Hello”..then says “you can tell me what you want when you’re ready”. I was taken aback. I’m used to a Good Morning followed by have a good day and thank you. Maybe she was having a bad morning. For me customer service is very important especially at a place that has a reputation for Excellent customer service.

  I would like to make a shout out to the manager that worked on the afternoon, 14 March 1026. Location, Knightdale. I was having car trouble coming through the drive-through one of the representatives outside came over and said I can get my manager to help you. He works on cars. This gentleman came outside in his suit and tie, helped me push the car through the drive-through came over to the car and assist me with the mechanical issues that I had. He helped me resolve those mechanical issues. He told me exactly what I needed to do. He came .back outside to make sure that everything was OK. My vehicle was able to start and I just want to give a shout out to him for going above and beyond I want to thank him because many times people will complain about something that went wrong but never give a shout out to those that go above and beyond thank you ! For your help that assisted me and my family when our vehicle was having mechanical issues.❤️
