I had arrived at 7:45 the food was supposed to be ready at 7:40… I was waiting for a whole hour which I wasn’t really tripping about because I’m thinking it’s going to be hot. Once they brought the food out I left. Once I came home I opened it. It was sooo cold and I only live like 5 minutes away from the Buffalo Wild Wings. I’m extremely disappointed because what took so long and the food to be cold.

Wasn’t ready until after 8pm. Beware if you are trying to get takeout on a weekend. All that we ordered was a 20 piece, there is no reason for it to have taken over an hour longer than our pickup time.

In fact, it didn't come out until we were already on our way out, then continued to leave when we saw the quality of the food. The breading on the onion rings wasn't even stuck to the onions. The person from the kitchen gave attitude when we pointed out the quality of the food. We deserve better and that waitress deserves better support from the kitchen. I usually like BWW, but I don't think I want to go back to this location.
