  Stopped in last night at 1030 and was told they weren't serving anymore food. What's the point in being open till 2am if the person in the store wont let anyone place an order.

  The food was great, especially the burger as the bread was so warm and soft, thank you. However, never received a greeting or thank you. How hard is it to train people to say " Hi, welcome to Wendy's, what can we prepare for you today." Instead of " you ordering with the app? No, then watch you want" Nobody cares anymore.

  We have stopped by here three times on our travels and they have never had the frosties available. The machines are down or being cleaned or just not up and running. Kind of sad

  Literally pulled up. Ordered the new spicy chicken sandwich. Had to repeat the order multiple times. It's like they couldn't hear even though I speak plain English supposedly was going to be a 9-minute wait for the chicken to cook. Bring me up for random items and a double order which I did not say and then when I got the spicy chicken after supposedly the fastest 9 minutes in my life when I took a bite into it, it was completely raw. Outer edge was cooked so the first bite I didn't notice it but as I went into the second one it tasted horrible and I looked down and the chicken was raw as could be. They didn't offer any kind of compensation other than to replace the sandwich which was followed with. Try that one. I would be a little more worried if I just gave food poisoning due to incompetence

  3 orders: Chicken plain- they screwed up and it had everything on it. Plus it was raw Cheesy bacon burger- it was fine. Baconator fries were good. Was told they didn't have coffee. Chicken sandwich- it was cold. But ok. They didn't have unsweet tea. It's like someone put sugar in the unsweet tea container and didn't say anything. I had the cup filled 3 times and it was sweet all 3 times. Heard people at another table talking about how they don't have sour cream and butter for the potatoes Went to use the restroom and it smelled like sewer. It was clean but it stank.
