On Nov 6th around 10:50PM the guy at asked me to pull to drive thru window 2 when I was waiting there he asked to pull back to window 1 made me take all queue again 2. I had 4 mobile orders for pick he said he can give 2 at once my question is why did other employees at same place gave me all 5 order at once on same drive thru multiple times previously . 3. When I pull again and gave him code he said order not found in system why is order not found happening with me again and again I had issue a week ago I submitted multiple tickets but no nobody responded from store it’s been morethan 7 days
