  Employees are clueless no body knows what they are supposed to be doing. Cashier took a 50 and gave me change for a 20. Then when I said to get the manager to get my correct change back I stood there for 20mins being ignored. And it then became clear why the Employees dont know because the manager doesnt know how to do her job and has a nasty attitude to me and her Employees. I feel bad for them hope they get a manager that cares and will train them. Me while im never coming back thx

  I visited the Kinston Dunkin' and Baskin today and had a fantastic time. The coffee and food were served promptly, and the staff were very friendly. The cleanliness and atmosphere of the establishment were impressive.You feel a sense of belonging when you enter, thanks to the owner's warm hospitality, which makes you want to keep coming back. 🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩

  I ordered doughnuts and a coffee. Everything tasted great. However, the owner has a STANK and RUDE demeanor. He almost tossed my order out of the drive thru window, ignored me when I spoke to him, and I was the only one in line. I am a polite customer so I'm unsure where the attitude came from. Customer service is paramount to me, so I will not return to this establishment.

  My son received a burnt English muffin sandwich. This was supposed to be his breakfast before school started this morning. I also received someone else’s sandwich on sour dough bread (couldn’t return because had to get to school) and even her sandwich was burnt. Do better! Also the hash brown bowls with queso… 5 hashbrowns? Really?

  Staff was friendly, tables were dirty though. The were slightly busy but not so busy the tables couldn't be bussed. Not to mention the owner was in the corner on his computer not helping what so ever. Also, the BR does not have the 31 flavor as they always advertise. They only had 24 flacors to choose from. My go too was not out so that was disappointing.
