  Although the food I got was not what I ordered and they had me pull up and forgot about me, I wanted to personally do a shoutout to Sincere who was at the paying window in the drive thru. I was ordering for our entire office and I thought I had everyone's order correct when I got to the speaker and placed our order, but then by the time I made it to the cashier window, everyone's order had completely changed! He handled it so politely and didn't get frustrated with me at all, and it was very much appreciated on such a stressful day already. So, thank you Sincere!

  Just check your bag fully before driving off they never get my order right. Not sure if all the workers know dark from white meat. And I always ask for no seasoning on my fries. I either get the seasoning or they use the same utensils that was used for seasoned fries some fries will have seasoning and some won't. I learned to check my bag before driving off while they sitting there looking upset that you checking it. Probably ready to get to the next customer to hurry up and mess up on their order too. Just check your bag period. 3stars on service for me.
