Watched asshe wiped her nose and then began putting French fries in containers. Decided to go elsewhere.

There was a young black woman working at the drive thru with long hair. Completely acted like she couldn't care less if we were there. Never said hello, thank you, nothing other than my food total and did I want any sauce. She simply handed our bag of food out the window, never said a word, and then shut the window. What has happened to customer service? You could tell she was only there to get a paycheck. We were there Sat 11/29/2025 about 315pm. We will never go there again!

Repeated requests several times for mayo, ketchup, ranch, and a water. Got horseradish sauce instead of mayo. Had to go inside to get my sister's mayo and water. Ladies restroom was huge, but only 1 toilet. Had extremely low water pressure in the sink. Took forever to get the soap off hands. Paper towels scattered on the floor (not near the trashcan). The trashcan was right under the towels. So they were purposely thrown throughout the restroom.
