Stopped in last weekend. Used to live Arby's. Only two people working. A lady at the front and a guy in the back. Lady was sick and complained about having to work. Watched asshe wiped her nose and then began putting French fries in containers. Decided to go elsewhere.

The food was mediocre at best. It was barely warm. I ordered a milkshake... it was not even a full cup. We were the only customers there. There was a young black woman working at the drive thru with long hair. Completely acted like she couldn't care less if we were there. Never said hello, thank you, nothing other than my food total and did I want any sauce. She simply handed our bag of food out the window, never said a word, and then shut the window. What has happened to customer service? You could tell she was only there to get a paycheck. We were there Sat 11/29/2025 about 315pm. We will never go there again!
