This place just opened up. And I already fell in love with it. I try to squeeze in time for cream cheese bagels. 🥯 😋
Waited for over 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. I only ordered a black coffee and after 20+ minutes I asked for refund and was refused. Then and only then did my coffee appear. Absolute horrible customer service.
I have gone several times since they opened. Initially, it was similar to my experiences in other Dunkin Donuts I have been to. But the last two times have been disappointing, mainly in the time it takes to get served. Yesterday was the worst. All I was trying to do was purchase one of the ice cream cakes from the freezer. But after ten minutes standing in line and seeing no progress in the line moving (and I mean none), I put the cake back in the freezer and left. Others came in and left without ordering as well.
I like supporting local businesses and want to see them all, including this one, succeed. But with that sort of service, I fear it will fail like, so many before it. I guess I'll give it one more try, and if things have improved, I will update it here.

When I first walked in, I was completely ignored. For the first 5 minutes It took about 25 minutes to get my order of mini bagels and coffee made had to go in a second time. To get the correct food order definitely needs to work on their customer service.

My second time patronizing this Dunkin Donuts, and it's most likely my last. The 1st time I went was about a month ago. Both times I was completely ignored by every employee in the store for well over 2 minutes, while I was the only customer there. There were 3 girls right in front of me at the coffee machines. No hello, no smile, not even a glance my way. The manager guy also walked right by as he was behind the counter and he offered nothing as well. The girl that finally took my order did not make eye contact, did not look Like she should be the person taking orders, made no effort to hear me speak, and after having to repeat my order, she still entered it incorrectly so I was overcharged and left with a large when I clearly said small, twice. Both visits the store has not been clean inside. You can tell when a place is top layer dirty, or if they do not have a daily deep clean protocol. This store is the latter. It's a fairly new store and it's already getting that "I'm not cleaned like I should be, ever" look. I noticed, on both visits, after they stir the coffee they put the spoon in a dirty cup of water. Same spoon every time, same cup of dirty water. I wonder what kind of process or requirements Dunkin has in place to ensure people are qualified to own and operate one of their franchises. Because this location makes me doubt the entire operation now. The guy in charge looks sus and has zero regard for his customers and obviously has not provided adequate training to his staff. And I agree with a previous comment about the music, it's too loud.
