    ’ve visited this Bojangles several times, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. The food is rarely fresh — most items are lukewarm or dried out, especially the potatoes and dirty rice. It’s clear the staff are comfortable serving food that’s not at temperature, which points to a deeper leadership issue. The heavy-set manager is often unpleasant, and overall morale seems low. The third shift, in particular, needs serious attention. I’ve been three times at night, and every visit has been bad. On two occasions, an employee came to the window with a mouth full of food, and another was checking their phone while handling orders. The sanitation and cleanliness are unacceptable, and the lack of care is obvious. This store needs a new general manager and stronger oversight before it loses more customers.

    So we went to bojangles tonight and they served our food, after us a man waited about 10 minutes to even order his food. Two of the workers were hugging and making out in the hallway of the bathrooms to where everybody was able to see, we talked to the manager and her excuse was they were on break. And after that, I went to order another biscuit, and they forgot to put both biscuits in there. I would honestly give a -10 if I could.
