  I had went thru the line over in the morning around 2:50am Saturday January 10th and order my food the guy at the cash register gave me a smart remark after I asked for my order to be cooked to order and then say pull around so 30 or 45 mins later from me waiting mind you I’m the only car here a lady brings my food and say did he tell you to pull to the 3rd window I tried to tell her what he said she just walk off in the middle of me explaining and clicks her headset and say “he said you didn’t tell him that” so I got my food drives home open my food and it’s sloppy looked like they just threw it all together to sum it up everything was unprofessional and I won’t be back there I advise NOBODY to eat there

  I went to this McDonald’s for the first time since they opened Saturday night. I wish I could make this review up however, i ordered through their app and upon arrival i gave them my code. They proceeded to say they didn’t have my order. I went back and fourth and on the third time the mangers at this location used every word in the world and still refused to give me my food

  Absolutely horrible. Waited for food for 30+ minutes which was sitting there for probably 27 minutes. Same with my orders around mine. Staff looked up and made eye contact with the crowd in the dining area waiting for their food, then turned around and continued meandering about. The woman who appeared to be the manager on duty with dark hair and the only red shirt was the worst offender. Finally the guy pouring drinks acted like a human being and responded to requests for help.

  Every time we order at this McDonald’s, there’s always something missing or wrong or it takes forever to get my meal. There’s never any efficiency and it seems like there’s never anyone competent enough to work here. Will be going out of my way to a different McDonald’s each time to avoid this location believe me, I have made multiple complaints to corporate and it seems like this McDonald’s will never have anyone who actually wants to work there.

  Went through drive thru asked for my decaf coffee to be hot, was coffee cold enough i could stock my finger down in my coffee and it didn't even even warm. Asked for hot coffee and the young lady at the drive thru shut the windows tight so she could talk about me to the other young girl working up front. Never got hot coffee and this McDonalds. The need friendly people working at night. My last visit here. I will go somewhere else to where I know people are friendlier.
