  Well it's a Pizza Hut! So nothing else to say about that. The pizza was good as was the service.....

  genuinely the worst possible place you could go to eat or get food period. the manager is ridiculously disrespectful and rude. he screams at workers, cusses them out, works them to death, threatens them, and forces them to stand in the freezer while he screams at him. while the servers run around and work like crazy by themselves he sits in the back on his phone and then proceeds to say “his job is harder than you think”. he is extremely self centered and rude. he will go sit in his car for endless amounts of time, especially during a rush and when he comes back inside he will go straight to the bathroom and sit there for 30 minutes while workers need his help and customers wait to use the bathroom. the amount of complaints from customers, employees, and other locations strictly only about the general manager is sad. i genuinely cannot express enough how much i do not recommend this place and hope to god they get a new general manager to fix this location.

  This is not the first time we've had to wait over an hour after placing our order to actually pick it up. My kid likes it but we're done after today. Placed an order at 1:36 today online. Gave them a ton of time, it's now 2:42 and we're still waiting. It's like they have no idea an order is in until someone arrives and asks. It's not even during peak lunch time! I'm not sure what's going on but this is pretty disappointing.

  Best Pizza Hut pizza I’ve had in 20 years!! We had a Supreme pizza with pan crust and it was fantastic. Keep up the great work!!

  I originally left a negative review after driving from Pilot Mountain to pick up pizzas I had already paid for, only to find the store closed. With many places closed due to a bad snow and ice storm, the app caused confusion by allowing the order to go through. I later spoke with the general manager, and there was a miscommunication between him and his staff. He was very friendly, took responsibility, and made it right by giving me free cheese sticks and honoring the $3 personal pan pizza deal, even though it’s normally only available on Tuesdays. I really appreciate how he handled the situation.
