  I Just wanted to get on here and say I went to jollys and the bartender which I heard his name was jay was flirting with me and my friends and I just found it really uncomfortable especially when he’s around my fathers age and I’m only 21 guys like that shouldn’t be working in public harassing young girls

  This may be a good place for small kids to the atmosphere is eclectic to say the least. Some pirate, some random pictures, some family photos. Every inch is covered in some decoration. The service was very friendly and helpful. The food was meh. Average at best.

  Ate on bar side and just had snacks. Wings and ribs were oversauced but good otherwise, just didn't knock it out of the park. Lots of more formal stuff and extensive menu connected to restaurant side, but we weren't there for that. Music and bar atmosphere was good.

  Wow and double wow. What a fun time for fans of quirky dining. The decorations and atmosphere are out of this world. We atr in the red room which looks like Christmas. The foods served really fast. Try the roast beef and mashed potatoes and the fried flounder sandwich. They are both delicious with great service.

  Worst experience I’ve ever had at any establishment in the OBX. I would hope the owner Carol Anne would agree with how badly me and my family were treated tonight after supporting this restaurant for decades. I didn’t catch my waitresses name but I’m sorry I came to have a meal and you were nothing but rude and unfriendly from the time you approached my table and acted like we were inconveniencing you by coming to your job. I’m sorry I told you I never got my salad before my entree arrived and you never brought our table silver wear and I had to go around the restaurant asking for utensils to eat our meals. And when you brought me my salad which was wrong my wife reminded me she never got her salad and my son didn’t get his french fries. I’m sorry to the manager that I asked to speak with you and you acted like I was the problem and challenged me on who brought ketchup to my table and was basically told I was the bad guy and you witnessed everything. Lastly, thanks for finally taking care of things after ruining my family’s night. Hope it was worth it to lose a second generation customer. I will never be back!
