When we received it my fiancés was right and mine was not. We clearly requested both of them toasted. Upon getting them we sat down to eat it at the restaurant and mine was not toasted. My fiancé went to the gentleman that had made it and stated it was not toasted and for some reason did not show on the ticket that they print out. They guy simply started to yell and argue at my fiancé stating he was wrong! TERRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL service! Oh not to mention they mistake ranch for Mayo, so make sure you are really specific because they have no clue!
