  The first time I went to the Kernersville location a couple months ago it was good. Today i went and 1 of the burgers had pink meat, the grilled chicken was dry and overcooked. The employees bringing out the food looked disgusted and unhappy. This is the last time I visit this place.

  This burger is by far the best hamburger I’ve ever eaten. The dining area was clean and the staff was welcoming and friendly.. Jeff the manager keeps an eye on operations by being present and jumping in to help his staff when it’s needed. Happy people make delicious food. I’m an old Texan. The orange of Whataburger runs deep in my family. What a delight to still find that pride and flavor deep in the heart of my new home in North Carolina. Go team orange and hurrah for Jeff’s team. I’ll be back again and again

  Hesitant to leave this review, as I really do enjoy the food—but the service is struggling. My wife and I stop here about 4-5 times per month. The food is great, but our order hasn’t been correct once. She always orders the double cheeseburger with no bun and asks them to add mayo. She has received everything from just beef and pickles to the standard double cheeseburger without the bun…but no added mayo. Literally haven’t gotten it right once. They also have yet to include a fork in the bag for a burger that doesn’t have a bun. Every time, we have to go inside and ask for a fork, mayo, etc. Thought it might be a problem with me at a certain point so asked them what we can do to get it right. The young lady basically shrugged and said “I don’t know what’s up.” Until they can get a simple order correct, we will unfortunately be stopping elsewhere.

  I have been to this location 3 times now. Had different experiences. First 2 were drive thru. First was early afternoon. The burger was fine but the fries were cold and tasted like card board. Second was a late night around 1130. This was a great experience. Third was another afternoon. This was a dine in. The fries were okay but the burger was dry and cold. The lady that brought the gave us the wrong order. Both kiosk were open and not working and lady took our order.

  First time visit to Whataburger on a Saturday evening. Food was fresh and hot. Can't comment on service since we ordered at kiosk but staff seemed friendly. Store was clean although paper towels in restroom were non-existent.
